New Forest Fish & Shellfish in Beaulieu

Where we serve

Beaulieu

Founded in 1204 as a Cistercian abbey on land gifted by King John, and set on the tidal Beaulieu River. Nearby Buckler’s Hard was one of Georgian England’s busiest private shipyards — at least 55 Royal Navy vessels were built there in the 1700s, including HMS Agamemnon, Nelson’s favourite ship, which fought at Trafalgar in 1805. Beaulieu is also home today to the National Motor Museum.

New Forest Fish & Shellfish catches fish directly off Beaulieu in the Solent.
